As a trustee, I will provide the viewpoint of the medical student body enhanced by the professionalism of both my national board experience and section leadership. I offer the balanced pragmatism of a non-traditional student with the heart of an optimist. My experience in a variety of AMA and MSS settings is matched only by my passion and belief in the importance of the patient-physician relationship. I believe that this duality and diversity of experience, as well as my ability to remain objective in considering opposing viewpoints, make me an ideal candidate for the AMA Board of Trustees. As a trustee and steward of medical student trust, I will always thrive to stay objective, unselfish, responsible, honest, trustworthy, and efficient in my decision making process, while championing the mission and vision of our AMA.
